Consistency
We all have some form of creative ideas and business plans that we need to try out at some point in life, but we fail to execute it, do you know why? We don't grasp the value and importance of our surroundings until it's too late. It's as a result of the friends we keep. We all share ideas, but they are rarely the same and vary from person to person. Unfortunately, we don't have the freedom or resources to do that because of this misperception. I don't intend to imply that you won't have help from your pals, but rather that you won't have the steady encouragement you need on a daily basis.
If your roommates are foodies, it will be impossible to attempt to lose weight, and if you live with demotivators, it will be impossible to try to encourage yourself. Your mother has regularly provided you with wholesome nourishment, which is why you are currently healthy; your physique is not the result of a single event. It is a representation of your lifelong diet. If we follow a formula to our lives, it is simple to be successful. But all we need to do is form that habit in order to fit it into our everyday schedule.
We take a daily shower, eat three meals each day, and brush our teeth every day. When we consider the past, however, we could see that our forefathers would have thought about cleaning their teeth if they had a toothache, ate food if they were hungry, and only took a shower if they stank. When someone felt that they needed to do something regularly, the routine was expanded to include the habitual numbers like once daily, twice daily, and three times daily.
As we added constant numbers to our routine, we began to create that habit on a regular basis, which lead us to a healthy and clean lifestyle and also made us dependable. Lack of consistency may lead to failure in your part-time goals and long-term ambitions, but you should never overlook the cause for your lack of consistency; it is the one you should evaluate first.
