Friction

I feel like I've lost friction. Friction occurs when there's continuous connection between two parts. Consistency keeps the friction in place but when we lack consistency friction disappears. Due to lack of friction, heat is not produced.

It's not only the mechanical parts that produce friction, but everything we do has some sort of friction.

When we use our mobile, we touch the screen(Where friction takes place). If we don't touch the screen there's no friction and the screen goes 'OFF'

When our palms feel freezed, we rub our hands to produce heat. Heat is produced because of friction.

When we promise someone, each other's palms are touched. That friction in hands could be felt for an eternity. When you hug someone you rub your hands on their back as a gesture of love (or) you rub your cheeks with your partner during a hug from the side. Those frictions are not meant to vanish. They'll stay forever. It's not just a gentle rub on their face or cheek but it's a painless lovable scar left by the loved one to be remembered forever.

During a project presentation, the things you explain are not just your idea but it's the heat created by your continuous research and effort to present that, during that presentation you are actually creating that frictional resistance on the brain of the listeners and the heat stays with them. Some just cool the heat and vanish your thoughts but some catch the heat and burn, that's how you get your project approved.

So friction helps you to connect but you need continuous friction to keep the heat and stay connected forever. The wear and tear are unavoidable during continuous friction but that's when you get the desired sculpture you need to keep yourself and them happy.
