"Toxic"
Why do people do that? I mean everything, it maybe from creating unhealthy products, ruining our mental health or splitting our toxic words which leads to stress and anxiety but the main thing I'm concerned on this blog is I need to talk about our health, the food we eat and the companies that provide us the food representing fancy and meaningless ads on media. I wanted to flush out my mind today regarding this topic, so if you are interested keep reading.
When a type of food we eat starts to create cravings on a daily basis, that's actually a problem. I have an obsession over Lays, chicken fry, chats etc. It feels good to eat for the time being but once we are done eating the reaction it makes to our digestive system is baleful. If we eat to satisfy our cravings on a regular basis, I'm damn sure that we'll spend a significant part of our life with diarrhea and you will be a part of the hospital growth.
Everybody in this world wants their loved ones to be safe and healthy but they fail to take care of themselves, as far as we are concerned about them we are not worried about us.
Everyone in this world has the responsibility to take care of each and everyone.
When I was a kid, my whole family was against eating hotel food, but I personally loved to eat them so they get me once a week and I would enjoy that. Now, after 10 years I have full freedom to eat daily in a hotel, but I'm not doing that. Because now I understand the health consequences I need to face in the future because of my temporary cravings on my taste buds.
So I think food manufacturers must consider this and try to make the food healthy rather than tasty. The whole world right now is going towards a phase where the average lifespan of a human being is considered below 50 because of our diet. They say steroids are harmful to health but the fact is we are actually injecting ourselves with steroids to kill ourselves at a slow pace by our current diet plan. The future may be bright with technology, but that brightness is burning your life span down.
I know a lot of people who say, fate determines everything in our life. But I'm not a believer of that, what I believe is, the activities and the small tasks we do on a day to day basis determines it. It's not fate that programs you to sleep late at night and wake up late; it's your addiction to gaming and web series which keeps you awake past midnight. Fate doesn't stop you from developing those toxic habits, but the irritation in your eyes, feeling fatigued all day; these are the ones that make you realize that you've made a mistake and push you to change the routine.
So let's all be aware of the food we eat, the habits we are developing and the people we hang out with, because hanging out with toxic people may feel good in the short run but it doesn't feel good in the long run. And the same toxic instant gratification applies for everything.
Eat healthy, build good habits, spread love with your loved ones and stay happy.
