We all know the popular and commonly used proverb "Health is wealth", but during our teenage years we neglect to agree on the truth behind it. Our taste buds crave for delicious street food which is probably not the best spot to fill our precious stomach. Health problems occur due to various reasons but for the most part, In this advanced world our health gets spoiled due to our negligence in diet, we fail to eat the so-called healthy meal at home and prefer the unhealthy tasty food in food streets. If we consider covid it came like a tsunami and ruined the majority of the lives in this world. We never thought that something like covid would come and take control over the whole world for two years but that happened, we were unable to do anything rather than watching Netflix at home. We can't assure our wakeup the next morning but we can assure our body's behavior by the previous night's dinner. We always expect the food we consume to be tasty but we lack to pack up the essential vitamins and minerals on the consumable food.
I'm not voicing that we need to eat the diet advised by your certified nutritional friend, our body needs everything to survive, if the street foods were toxic the invested chefs of the street would not be able to make a living, the creation of a recipe is somebody's instant craving for that taste and by feeding that to us we tend to fall in their trap and we tend to share to others: that's how this whole community of trending foodies were created. I can't assure that everyone who eats junk and fast food including me has had an appointment with the doctor but I can assure that everyone had the bloated and sick feeling where they were unable to do anything at home and lost their complete interest in food for the time being. In my personal experience I have faced serious stomach ache because of the ingredients that were added to my food and have learned my lesson in a really uncomfortable way.
If you have never faced any issues regarding health, this whole blog would seem like a joke to you but on the flip side if you are someone who has gone through something in your body because of your unhealthy diet, you can get my point. Food is something that we consume 3-4 times a day, so from now on let's choose them wisely, let's take a wise decision to eat healthy from today, let's neglect cholesterol by avoiding fat oils, let's avoid fast food to slow the phase of death, let's eat healthy to lead a healthy long lasting relationship with our partner and let's share the importance of health to our loved ones and tell them that you love them.
Let's be grateful for our health and always identify the gestures of your body due to deficiencies and feed them with their needs.
