Solitude


We feel like we are lost when we are alone, but in reality that’s when we live, that’s when we are able to go through our deep inner thoughts of our mind, that’s when we speak to ourselves. Everybody needs that moment of solitude for the time being. On the flip side, the people who tend to spend their time alone, they actually need to try and connect with people because they never knew what that feels like. Some routines in our lives must stay constant until the end of life, never think to skip those tasks like brushing your teeth, eating healthy, loving your parents, adventuring with your soul till your teen and add a perfect mate for the rest of your life. You can question me! Hey jn, you didn’t mention your friends? Well yeah, let me explain. The things I mentioned above as constant are the things that we should do daily no matter what the circumstance is, because if we neglect to do that we feel incomplete, missed, detached from them. But when it comes to friends, Most people we meet are passing clouds, we connect with them and make memories for the time being and it comes to an end, no connections for life time. But there are some genuine friends who stay and they don’t need that constant feed of our lives to stay. No matter what, they are by your side during your grief and happy moments. 


If people need you, they connect and ask for your help, similarly if you need solitude it's your inner self asking to go for a hike or to take a solo ride somewhere to be disconnected from people and enjoy the time in solitude. It makes your mind clear and feel refreshed, it prepares yourself to create boundaries and grow in life. Solitude improves your connection with people and lead you for a healthy relationship. We all have an expanded world in ourselves because of our day to day experience, solitude compresses that huge world and takes you to the tiny world, where you can think and explore. 

When you are around people, you feel not to cry. It's because of your social status or maybe you are not close to them. When you cry, it frees up your stress hormones. A person who cries will be okay soon then the person who avoids crying. Loneliness allows you to cry and manipulate yourself.


 Don’t be afraid of solitude, don’t be afraid to lose people, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Everything is a new beginning for something. Try to avoid the problems and focus on the positives. If sadness has a doorway in your life there are multiple doorways to bring happiness. Stay tuned.
