Newbie
We can also call the individual a rookie, A newbie is someone who is doing something new. As we all know the basic features of a newbie, I'm gonna share less about it and more about my own thoughts.
When a newbie does something, it's either the best of its kind or it's the worst of its kind. Imagine getting a job, you either perform your absolute best that the co-workers appreciate you or it's the absolute opposite where everyone just laughs at you.
Imagine a situation like getting into a relationship for the first time, you overexpose yourself, you flourish everything you have, you overcare, you protect them a lot, Similarly if you connect with the opposite character, this happens!
She: Hey honey!
He: hey!
She: Can we go out for a movie today?
He: Yeah sure babe!
She: I'll grab a taxi and ll reach in 45 minutes
He: No babe, stay in your place I'll pick you up
She: But we'll be late for the movie
He: That's okay, you're enough for me!😍
This might sound a bit cringy or overdose, but that's the mistake that everybody makes as a rookie, this doesn't apply only in relationships but in every aspect.
In a mature relationship, there is never any regret unless it's a major deal but in the beginning of the relationship 90% of conflicts are due to late replies, not answering the call, or not giving a gift on a special day. It's not the gifts or the one second reply that determines the relationship but the understanding between both when he/she is feeling low.
If you are hired as a cashier in Dmart, the first few days you'll be counting the money thrice before handling it to the customer. You don't feel tired or you don't like you are making the customer lose their temper because of your continuous activity of counting. It's absolutely fine to count thrice but it's not okay to hand less or more money to the customer even after counting thrice. Imagine yourself as the customer now and you see a cashier doing this to you, you'll hit him badly. So think twice before counting the money thrice or speak to the customer that you're a rookie and comfort him for the delay.
A rookie is not great unless you teach and guide him with proper knowledge, but in my opinion teaching has no impact unless he has the desire to learn, so know his interests and help him to reach the height he deserves, not the height that you think he deserves.
