I think rules are great for our own well-being to live a joyful life, but I don’t think that’s ideal for every aspect of our lives.

Let me scribble you an example,

If you have a rule to sleep around 9pm to 6am, that’s truly a good practice daily but only under this one condition. You need to have dinner around 7:30pm to 8:00pm. You need to have a minimal one-hour period before touching your back on bed after the meal.

The sentences you read above are the rules you have for yourself. Now what you need to understand is, everyday is not perfect and sometimes there might be moments when you finish your dinner at 8:55pm with some spicy flavored chicken from the empire restaurant, now according to the schedule you just have 5 minutes to rest your body on bed, you didn’t even give time for your body to burp. Its 9pm your alarms ring out with the notification “Time to bed xxx”

Do you think it's vigorous to follow the traditional routine now, if you ask me, Nope, it isn’t? But if you are iron willed by your orthodox rule you might end up in indigestion, heartburn and various other health complications.

Hence skipping your own majestic rules is completely fine, don’t be inflexible like the old granny who thinks that confessing the wishes to xxx will bring her the things she deserves (it might work sometimes, but possibilities are 0.25% out of 100) so instead of doing that be flexible like my imaginary girlfriend and work towards your wish. There is nothing called a strict rule, there is nothing like you shouldn’t break those rules. All rules were meant to be broken at some point, but if breaking rules reflects grief to others, then you need to consider that.

Thanks for reading
