Know the value
A few days before I was having a chat with my mom in the morning when I was eating breakfast. Mom prepared me Dhosa, I was having it. Suddenly mom said, we people used to eat dhosa, chapathi, idly (Indian traditional foods) all these foods only during occasional periods like Christmas or feast, but you guys are having the luck to eat it daily. It may sound funny for us, because we eat these food on a regular basis, if you are someone from Tamilnadu or South India. We see these food like bronze but during our parents' era which is the 1960's or 1970's they saw these food like Gold, platinum.
So as years pass everything changes. what's important for us right now, may not be important us in few years. The things we use on a regular basis like Tooth brush, trimmer, makeup products, our mobile phones and etc. May not be valuable in a few decades. So once you have them, use them wisely. Maybe on someday they would ban tooth brush and bring something advanced than that and they'll make you buy that through advertisment which we are all slave for. They'll suddenly say Mobiles are out of trend and they'll create more advanced than this. So decide yourself. It's upto you to decide what's valuable and what's not.
So know the value of each moment because you don't know when it's gonna be worthless, it's worthy for you always but not for the next generation. You might like to go on a roadtrip now but the future generation might not even know what a road trip is? So know the value of each thing you are doing right now. It maybe small as cooking food or it maybe big as visiting a foreign country or achieving the dream job, it's still valuable for you.
So always have this in mind, if it's valuable for you even if it's a tiny little thing, it's still valuable. No matter if other's don't value or respect that. You should never lose it's value. Because you are the one who knows, Why it's valuable!
