Husband turning into "human chair" for pregnant wife, we have seen this things only on videos, but I need to behave like that in front of the society in public without having any hesitation about what others would think of us?

The first question that everyone would be murmuring is

*Why are they over reacting?

Now the people who are actually murmuring don't know, what my wife is going through? They don't know whether my wife was having leg pain the previous day (or) was she having problems like kidney stone or someother serious issues regarding her health. They don't know what my wife is going through.

So before gossiping about someone just through visualization, think within yourself, what they both might have been going through. Just because you are completely alright, doesn't mean that everyone are okay. And just because you are completely depressed, doesn't mean that everyone you view are depressed. So next time before gossiping try to understand that
